Lots of reports on Twitter that there is a large, active terrorist attack at the NATO Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan, located at the Kabul International Airport. Looking for hard stories, but Twitter seems to be the way news agencies/reporters are going right now. There are quite a few unconfirmed reports of an active firefight between militants and military forces, but I haven't seen anything official yet.
If US troops were involved, expect Darrel Issa to have a field day with this. I'll try to update if I see anything else from reputable sources. Don't forget to check the comment thread -- people often post useful information that comes out after the diary is published.
